Tokyo Marina lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app.
Delete in the app
- Open the Tokyo Marina app and sign in.
- Tap Settings (top-right of the home screen).
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm Delete permanently.
What is deleted
- Your account (e-mail address and display name).
- Your exam history — all attempts, answers and scores.
- Your device link and purchase records held on our server.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We do not retain a copy.
Note on purchases
Purchase records held by Apple or Google are governed by their respective policies; refunds are handled by the App Store / Google Play.
Prefer to request by e-mail?
Email support@japonarium.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete your account and data.

アプリで削除する
- Tokyo Marinaアプリを開き、ログインします。
- ホーム画面右上の「設定」をタップします。
- 「アカウントを削除」をタップします。
- 「完全に削除する」で確定します。
削除される情報
- アカウント（メールアドレス・表示名）。
- 受験履歴（すべての受験・解答・得点）。
- サーバー上の端末情報および購入記録。
削除は即時かつ取り消しできません。当社は控えを保持しません。
購入に関する注意
AppleまたはGoogleが保持する購入記録は各社の方針に従います。返金はApp Store／Google Playが処理します。
メールで依頼する場合
登録済みのメールアドレスから、件名「アカウント削除」で support@japonarium.com へご連絡ください。アカウントとデータを削除します。
